When I watch the news, my head feels like it's going to explode.

So much anger. So much opinion but not enough news. So much posturing and politics to sway minds instead of just delivering the details and allowing us to make up our minds. 

So many half-truths, manipulated information and plain old lies.

How do we make the right choices? How do we keep our sanity in the chaos?

God says, " Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2

2 Timothy 1:7 says, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Our truth & wisdom come from God, not man.

Our ability to sift through the noise to find the truth comes from God.

Our peace of mind, including soundness of mind, comes from God.

So when things get crazy, and they will, turn to God for the truth, wisdom, direction and what we need to know/do.

God has His plans for you, me, the world... and He wants you to know those plans. Everything else is really just noise.
