What a wonderful day it was last Sunday: Resurrection Day.

Jesus has risen. Jesus is ALIVE!

Those are not just one-day-a-year words to have a ham dinner and eat colored eggs and candy. They are life changing, life affirming, hope=filled truth!!

If Jesus is alive, (and according to 1 Corinthians 15, He most certainly is!) then those words will change the way you see life, live life and feel about your life.

Jesus loves you. Jesus IS love in world of hate & prejudice. Jesus IS truth in a world of lies. Jesus IS hope in an era of despair. Jesus is the how-to, the why and the voice of encouragement. He is GOD'S word spoken & lived out loud.

And at the end of your life, either by death or rapture, He is the reward offered for your faithfulness (or the judge for your lack of it). Past the death scene, past the funeral, past the grave... He is the open door of eternal life lived in His Father's Heavenly Kingdom of perfect love, perfect health and perfect peace & joy. 

That is no bunny tale. That is no chocolate covered wish. That is the rainbow promise beyond the dyed eggs of "Easter",

So what are you going to do now?

It is the "third" day -- Resurrection has happened and you have choices to make. How will you live now? Who will you trust now? Where will you live through eternity?
